In response to the question “What’s Different about Dalidio?” I would think the obvious answer is the amount of traffic generated by his plan. While I agree that having car dealerships at the southern entrance of our city is not particularly attractive, there won’t be large numbers of people driving there at any given time. Mr. Dalidio’s plan is even required to help build an overpass to accommodate the increased traffic.
Let’s remember that cars create pollution and congestion. Most of us live here precisely because we want to avoid those unpleasant factors.
